General terms and conditions of use

This document contains the general terms and conditions of use of Textile-Market portal. TextileMarket reserves the right to change the terms and conditions contained in this document.

1., Conditions of use:
Textile-Market portal provides a platform for players of the textile and garment industry, with a multilingual interface, which provides assistance with the matching of current market needs and opportunities. Any company operating in this industry may register its data on the portal and set the customized conditions for its use.
Intentions to find business partners can be published on the portal, free of charge, however, only Premium members are allowed to view the entire content of these. Any private individual or legal entity is authorized to read and search in the contents displayed on the portal and to display their own business intentions. Only such data may be entered in the forms that comply with the content fields. Uses of words or expressions that conflict with public decency are prohibited on the portal. Contact data can only be entered during registration in the Base Data fields, which are only available for authorized private individuals or legal entities. Users violating these rules will be banned from using the portal. Those users may also be banned regarding whom other users communicate facts to the portal's administrator indicating unfair business conduct. The operator of the portal does not accept responsibility for the contents of the business intentions, news and advertisements published in the portal.

2., Services provided by Textile-Market:
The chargeable services provided by Textile-Market are only available to customers having a subscription. The service provider is authorized to suspend the contractual conditions of order placement and the rights of users violating the general terms and conditions of use.

3., Neutrality:
The operator of Textile-Market does not perform any kind of productive or commercial activities in the textile industry; it only acts as a service provider in the referral of such activities. It does not take part in the referral of deals and does not charge a commission for the service.

4., Confidentiality:
The operator of Textile-Market will do its best to ensure the protection of private data provided to him by the users. Textile-Market does not make accessible to any third party any data or information that can be associated with the user directly. Every registered user is entitled to correct their data or suspend the display thereof. Textile-Market defines the scope of services provided to the User according to the information available to it. Textile-Market will handle this information confidentially and may use it for its own purposes, for the preparation of statistics and the development of its marketing activities, but only in a manner ensuring that they cannot be associated with the users directly. Textile-Market will store the data of registered users and customers in the way prescribed by the rules of law in force.

5., Security:
The system prohibits the upload of files whose volume or size could disturb the proper operation of the system. The system prevents the unjustified upload of high volume of data. The User may only use its password for its own purposes; the password must not be disclosed or given to any third party. (Any person who has logged on with the password of the User will be considered authorized to represent User and submit legal statements on behalf of User). User is fully liable to Textile-Market for the acts or omissions of persons who have logged on with the password of the User and for all damages deriving from these. Textile-Market is entitled to send a warning, suspend, temporarily or for an indefinite term, or permanently delete all rights of the User or any information placed by the User on the portal if the User violates the Terms and Conditions of Use.

6., Personal Information:
Personal information means any kind of information published by the User in registration and the submission of a proposal. Information provided by the User and relations or legal relationships established with other users shall not be unfair, shall not violate intellectual rights, commercial and other business rights, requirements on the privacy of data and the rights of third parties, shall not apply discrimination, unfair competition or misleading advertising, shall not apply libel and shall not have illegal aims. Textile-Market is not able to continuously verify the personal information published on its web site, therefore it accepts no liability of any kind for damages deriving from the inaccuracy of data given by the user or changes not communicated to the service provider.

7., Liability:
TextileMarket does not provide a guarantee for the continuous use of the services provided by it or the continuous operation of the pages of the portal, since the operation of the portal may be affected by external factors. Textile-Market does not accept any liability for the identity of the users and the data or proposals published by them. Textile-Market is not a party to the agreements concluded on the portal; therefore, Textile-Market is released from any kind of liability or damage claim raised by the users, including proven, assumed, presumed or real damages and claims. The exclusion of the liability of TextileMarket extends to any claims related to requests for a proposal, submission and acceptance of proposals, conclusion and fulfillment of agreements. TextileMarket disclaims all liability for damages and losses occurring regarding this document or deriving from causes outside its control (for example, those that affect the business interests or good reputation of the parties) and shall not be liable for the related damages and costs.
